Welcome to the National Umpire List.  Pursuant to the wording found in the Appraisal Clause of most property damage insurance policies, the two Appraisers are required
to choose an Umpire to settle any differences that may exist between the two Appraisers.   

This site is dedicated to assisting both the policyholders and insurance carriers Appraisers in locating individuals to act in the capacity of Umpire in the Appraisal Process.

To find an individual to act as Umpire on your insurance loss merely click on a specific State on the map and you will navigate to the list of Umpires that serve that area. 
To sort by distance from a loss, merely enter a zip code and it will find the Umpires closest to the loss location.
